FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

These are the top questions we usually get asked by nearly everyone. Please check here to see if your question has already been answered. If you do not see your question or need furthrer explaination, please feek free to contact us.

WHAT DOES YOUR VETTING PROCEDURE INCLUDE?

The Vetting Process includes our Agency pre-screening, interviewing, reference checks, and background checks on potential candidates before you, the Client, get to interview the Candidate for yourself.

WHAT IS THE GOING RATE FOR A FULL-TIME NANNY?

The rate for a Full-Time Nanny varies depending on experience, the amount of duties expected in the position, and the cost of living. On average, the expected rate is between $18-$25 per hour.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MATCH A FAMILY WITH A NANNY?

Matching a Nanny with a Family could take up to 4 weeks, sometimes longer. We want to make sure both Client and Candidate are a good fit for each other before any contracts between the Employer and Employee are signed.

WHAT IS THE AGENCY'S PERMANENT PLACEMENT COST?

The Agency charges a Placement Fee which is 10% of the Hire's yearly salary. Pricing starts at $2200. A deposit fee (50% of Placement fee) is needed prior to starting our search as it covers the time we spend vetting an recruiting. While we do have a pool of vetted candidates, the credentials you seek may require us to do a deeper search to best match your preferences. This may include additional background checks and interview times while also helping us maintain our admin fees, recruitment team, and service providers during the vetting process. The final balance will be due once a placement is made and all contracts are signed.

Example: If your Nanny's salary will be $48,000/yr, our Agency's fee would be $4,800. There is a $50 application fee that is included in the fee. Once we process the application and interview you to see how you picture your ideal candidate, we will need 50% of the Agency fee to begin your search ($4,800 - $50 = $4,750/2 = $2,375). The rest of the fee is expected to be paid once all interviews and contract negotiations have been discussed and signed. We can also work out a payment plan; however, the search still will not begin until at least half of the fee is paid.

DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS?

We are open to payment plans, but your fee will be a bit hire than the original 10% Agency fee. Our payments typically start at $800 and you will still need half of the Agency's fee to be paid before we can start your search.

Example: If the Agency's fee is $4000 and we need half ($2000) to begin your search, two payments of $800 adds up to $1600, therefore we would still need the additional $400 before we begin your search. You could either tack on the $400 to your second payment, split it between the first two payments ($1000 each), or you could wait until your third pay of $800 ($2400 in total) for us to begin your search.

*Note: This payment plan is strictly between the Agency and the Client in search of a Candidate. You may NOT set up a payment plan with your Nanny or any other permanent hire. Our Agency stands by and honors fair and legal pay for all Domestic Workers.
